GENERAL

We only deliver cars in the  Portugal, Lisbon, Porto, all the Algarve.
Besides the international airport of Faro, we can deliver cars at your hotel or resort "Rent it here, leave it there"upon request and subjected to a small surcharge.

Minimum rental period is 1 day.
Minimum drivers age is 25.
Drivers license must be valid in Portugal and held for more than 2 years. Please ensure to have all necessary documents available for prove.

DEPOSIT
The car hire company requires a valid credit card details as a non-chargeable deposit. 

RESERVATION

To make a reservation we must have full details of your flight number, flight time and departure airport.
When completing the reservation form, please check your email address once again as without it, we cannot reply to you.
Reservations must be done not less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival in Portugal to guarantee a confirmation of your booking.
At the airport a friendly staff member of the company will await you at the arrival gate bearing a signal with your name on it. Please look for this signal.
Baby/Child seat(s) are available upon request. Please mention this within the reservation form to guarantee availability.

What you are not allowed to do

• Copy (whether printing onto paper, storing on a disk or any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), tamper with or alter in any way or otherwise use any material in this website except as outlined in “What you are allowed to do”
• Copy any material from this website for any other commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices or watermark contained in the original material or any material copied or printed from the website
• Use the website for activities that breach laws, infringe any other parties’ rights or breach any standards, content requirements or codes published by any relevant authority
• Use the website in any way that interferes with our systems or other users, or in any way that harasses, menaces or harms anyone. You will indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of, or in any way connected with, use of the site by you or any other person using your login information
• Use the website to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand

PRICE INFORMATION

One rental day is equal 24 hours - Each fraction of a day is considered as an aditional day - Tolerance 1 hour.
Prices quoted on this web page are our best rates and further discount cannot be granted.
Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the weekly rates.
Rates more than 3 and less than 7 days are based on the 3 day pro-rate.
Rates more than 7 days are based on the 7 day pro-rate.
Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement. The payment has to be done with a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Eurocard), or in cash (also foreign currencies).
All quoted rates include free mileage, unlimited public liability, Collision Damage Waiver with non-waivable excess (excess amount depend on the received car group) and V.A.T 23%.

INSURANCE

In addition to compulsory third party insurance, collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft cover are provided. Personal accident insurance is not included. Insurance cover is subject to an excess and your maximum liability is indicated below.

Group A / B / C  - excess 2500 Euros
Group D / D1 / E / F / G - excess 3000 Euros
Group F1 / G1 / G2 / H - excess 3500 Euros
Group H1 / I / I1 / J / J1 / L - excess 3500 Euros

Here is the price for optional waiver of the excess / Super CDW - 0 Excess:

Group A / B / C  - 10€/ Per Day
Group D / D1 / E / F/ G - 12€/ Per Day
Group F1 / G1 / G2 / H - 15€/ Per Day
Group H1 / I / I1 / J / J1 / L - 20€/ Per Day

Super TGT (Tyres, Glass, keys)

Group A / B / C  - 7.5€/ Per Day
Group D / D1 / E / F/ G - 7.5€/ Per Day
Group F1 / G1 / G2 / H - 10€/ Per Day
Group H1 / I / I1 / J / J1 / L - 12€/ Per Day

What you must do

It’s important that you read the relevant Booking Terms and Conditions before you book any Car Hire, holiday or other product or service. The act of booking signifies that you are aware of and accept these conditions.
